Your mental wellbeing
We are all living in difficult times and we all know how important it is to look after each other. It’s something we all do so well at ANS.
Thirteen members of the ANS team are qualified as Mental Health First Aiders (MHFAs), accredited by MHFA England, and are here to support you should you ever need them – even in the evening or at weekends.
If you need a qualified listening ear, you can use our dedicated email box to reach out to all of our Mental Health First Aiders or you can contact any of them individually via Teams or email. Our trained MHFAs are also happy to be contacted on their personal mobile numbers too if you’re more comfortable dropping them a text.
Training and development
Our award-winning and Outstanding Ofsted rated, custom-built, training centre is where all new members of the ANS team are introduced to the business and where they return to receive continuous education and professional development throughout their careers.
Apprenticeships
We’ll help you fulfil your potential, identifying your areas of strength and interest and setting you on the path to your perfect role. Our award-winning Level 3 and Level 4 apprenticeships cover Software Development, Networking and IT, Events and Hospitality and Facilities Management.
