Terms and Conditions for the Dedicated Server Offer

1. DEFINITIONS

In these terms and conditions of business the following words shall have the following meanings:

Customer:  an individual or business who enters into a contract on a ANS order form which includes a Dedicated Server while this offer is valid;

Dedicated Server: a dedicated physical server provided by ANS on a managed service basis (being configured in accordance with one of the Dedicated Server Configurations defined below), specifically excluding customer-provided servers, customer-owned servers and servers provided by any other service provider;

Dedicated Server Configurations: refers to ISP, Max I, Max II, Rocket or Solo individually;

ISP: a Dedicated Server having the Dedicated Server configuration set out at /managed-dedicated-servers.html;

Max I: a Dedicated Server having the Dedicated Server configuration set out at /managed-dedicated-servers.html;

Max II: a Dedicated Server having the Dedicated Server configuration set out at /managed-dedicated-servers.html;

Rocket: a Dedicated Server having the Dedicated Server configuration set out at /managed-dedicated-servers.html;

Solo: a Dedicated Server having the Dedicated Server configuration set out at /managed-dedicated-servers.html;

This offer allows the Customer to upgrade for free to a higher specification Dedicated Server Configuration as follows:

• If the Customer purchases Solo they are entitled to a free upgrade to an ISP Dedicated Server;
• If the Customer purchases ISP they are entitled to a free upgrade to an Rocket Dedicated Server;
• If the Customer purchases Rocket they are entitled to a free upgrade to an Max I Dedicated Server;
• If the Customer purchases Max I they are entitled to a free upgrade to an Max I Dedicated Server;
• If the Customer purchases Max II they are entitled to free custom upgrades of RAM and/or disc space.

This offer is only available to those who sign to a minimum 24 month contract term on a Dedicated Server Configuration.

The Customer must register for a MyANS account and complete a ANS order form at which point the Customer’s Dedicated Server free upgrade will be processed.

All offers and promotions are subject to availability.

• This offer applies only to new customers who sign a ANS order form in respect of a Dedicated Server Configuration with an applicable minimum 24 month term with ANS from 09^th September 2020 to 31^st December 2020 (inclusive). All Customers who sign up outside of these dates will not be eligible for this offer.
• This offer is subject to status / credit rating
• ANS reserves the right to amend or withdraw any offer under this promotion without prior notice or reason at any time during the promotion period which shall end on 31^st December 2020.
• This offer may not be re-sold or re-packaged and applies only to Customers.
• Any costs, products or services not specifically included within the offer or promotion undertaken are excluded from the promotion or offer and therefore incur the standard costs as per the ANS price list.
• Any additional terms agreed with ANS must be detailed in writing in the ANS Contract at the point of contracting the service(s).
